A : 訂單狀態「已完成」後獲得購物金。

Q : 「滿額送購物金」可預先使用嗎?
A : 不能的，回饋的購物金只能於下次消費時使用。

• This membership program is only applicable to "DMA Online Store". The purchase amount of customers in retail store will NOT be counted, nor will they be entitled to relevant discounts.
• The store credit is only applicable to "DMA Online Store" and NOT applicable to retail shopping, please note.
• Store credits can be used with a single purchase of HK$800, and each order can be used up to 10% of the purchase amount.
• Store credits are not applicable to custom-made earphones, discounted products and other designated products.
• The usage period of the store credit is calculated from the date of issuance by the system. Please pay attention to the expiry date. If it expires, it will be invalid, and the company will not reissue the store credit.
• The store credits issued by "Birthday Rewards" are valid for 30 days, and the store credits issued by "Product Evaluation Rewards" and "Shopping Rebate Rewards" are valid for 180 days.
• The system will automatically update the membership level in the early hours of Hong Kong time on the next day after the purchase, and the upgrade or renewal will be valid for 12 months from that day. If a member fails to meet the upgrade or renewal conditions during this period, it will be automatically downgraded to a membership with a corresponding consumption amount after the current membership expires.
• Welcome to subscribe to our email notifications, member newsletters, offers and privileges will be sent via registered emails from time to time.
• Membership, store credits and benefits are not transferable to others and can only be used by the member in accordance with the program content.
• If it is found that there is malicious behavior, illegally obtaining store credits or making huge profits, the company has the opportunity to blacklist members and reserves the right to pursue them.
• We reserves the right to revise the content of the offer and the above terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any disputes, DMA Group Limited reserves the right of final decision.
