We will try its best to provide the latest information and prices of the goods, as well as the inventory supply, and reserve the right to change the prices of the goods without prior notice. Once all orders are submitted, refunds cannot be arranged unless they are out of stock. If any goods are not available to customers due to lack of stock, we have the right to refuse to accept the order and arrange a refund. The delivery period of all pre-orders depends on the supplier, and no refunds will be accepted after the order is submitted. If we are unable to provide any products or services on your order, we will notify you separately. Refunds are all calculated in Hong Kong dollars, and we will not be responsible for foreign currency exchange rate differences and related handling fees during the refund.

Online Shopping Terms and Conditions

The value of all goods is calculated in Hong Kong dollars, and the value is subject to the display at the time of order. We will not assume any responsibility when the relevant bank or third-party trader uses the credit card transaction channel to process failures. Online Shop Goods Replacement Terms and Conditions

• All products that have been picked up are not subject to replacement or refunds.
• If the goods you ordered are faulty, defective or damaged (non-human factors), you can contact us within seven days from the pick-up date to arrange for the same goods to be replaced at the Mong Kok store.
• The customer must present the purchase receipt for replacement, and must keep the complete package before proceeding with the replacement procedure.
• Each item can only be replaced once. Damaged or modified items cannot be replaced.
• According to the agency terms, all DJI products do not enjoy 7-day replacement arrangements. For maintenance inquiries, please contact the Hong Kong agent directly.
