Online Shipping Information

For shopping through our online store, you can choose the delivery service or go to the store to pick up the goods by yourself.

 

After receiving the order, we will have specialist to follow up the order and prepare the goods. We understand and hope that the goods can be delivered to you as soon as possible, and the packaging is properly packaged to ensure that you are satisfied with the service.

 

Delivery Time

After completing the order and confirming the payment, if you choose the delivery service, we will arrange the shipment as soon as possible. The goods will generally be shipped within 7 working days (excluding weekends and holidays); if you choose to pick up the goods at the store yourself, It will usually be ready within 5 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).
*If your order is a pre-order product, the stocking time depends on the delivery period and does not apply to the above delivery time. We will arrange for you to pick up the product as soon as possible.

 

Order Delivery Status

The delivery status of orders that have not been shipped or are not available for self-pickup are "Unfulfilled"; if you choose the delivery service, it will be changed to "Shipped" after delivery; if you choose to pick up the goods at the store, the goods It will be changed to "Arrived" when it is available for self-collection.

Delivery Method and Fees

We provides a variety of delivery methods to meet the needs of customers, and free shipping or charge shipping according to the order amount.
*Some large items may be delivered by methods other than SF Express, our shop will contact you to confirm the delivery date and time

S.F. Express - Direct Delivery and Self Pickup Location

Free shipping service is available for orders over HK$250 to Hong Kong address; shipping costs HK$30 will be charged at checkout for orders under HK$250. To the Macau address, the freight will be paid on collection.
In addition to commercial and residential addresses, SF Express also has a number of self-pickup points, including SF Store, SF Service Center, SF EF Locker, OK Convenience Store and 7-11 Convenience Store. Customers can choose the appropriate pick-up point according to their needs. .
When the goods are delivered to the pick-up point, there will be a short phone message notification, please follow the instructions to pick up the goods at the pick-up point.

Remarks for self-pickup point:

  • Some pick-up points have inventory restrictions. If the size exceeds the upper limit, the package will be forwarded to the nearest SF service center or SF store, and re-delivered according to your request.
  • If you choose to pick up your parcels at SF Express outlets, SF Express stations or SF EF Lockers, but fail to complete the pick-up at the specified time, you will be required to pay the service fee of "Feng Manager". For details of "Feng Manager", please click to view.
  • Guests are required to pick up the express mail at the pick-up point within 3 days from the notification of the pickup message. Overdue express mail will be collected by SF Express. Please call the customer service hotline to reschedule the pickup.

In-Store Pick up - Mong Kok, Wan Chai, Sham Shui Po or Kwun Tong

In-Store Pick up is free or charge. Customers can pick up the goods at the store after receiving the arrival email. Please click to check the store’s location and business hours.
Please show the email to our staffs when you arrive at the store to pick up the goods. The store staff will check the order information and sign for confirmation with you.

*If the customer visits the store before receiving the arrival notification, the goods cannot be picked up.
**Please pick up the goods within 30 days after receiving the notification, otherwise an additional storage fee will be charged.

Overseas Purchase Enquiry

Some of our products are accepted to be shipped overseas. Please fill in this form, and we will contact you within 3 working days via the method you selected.
* Overseas customers need to pay the relevant freight and tax (if any)
** Product warranty is only applicable to Hong Kong area, our shop does not accept overseas customers to send products back to our shop to arrange repairs

Remarks

  • If the delivery date of the goods in the order is different, the system will default to sending all the goods after they arrive. If you need to split the order to pick up in advance, please contact us to arrange. Separate shipments may require additional shipping costs.
  • In the event of inclement weather or special circumstances, the delivery service may be affected and delayed. The actual situation needs to be arranged according to the transportation company.
  • In the event of any dispute, the decision of DMA Group Limited shall be final and conclusive.
