Headphone Re-cable "BSHP for M1" for SONY MDR-M1 Headphones
This re-cable is specially tuned by the Brise Audio team to bring out the best characteristics of the MDR-M1.
・Built with a 4-core structure based on AKAGANE35 (same grade as YATONO), it employs proprietary High quality sound processing tailored to highlight the M1’s sonic traits.
・We design the appropriate materials, High quality sound processing methods, and placement using a variety of materials, including CNT*1, BS Sheet*2, and other new materials.
・The headphone-side plug adopts a custom screw system for secure attachment to the MDR-M1.
・On the player side, you can choose from Brise Audio original plugs: 4.4mm, 2.5mm, 3-pole 3.5mm, or 4-pole 3.5mm (also compatible with GND-separated connections).
Compatible with balanced, unbalanced, and ground-separated connections.
*1 To take full advantage of the outstanding properties of CNT, we conducted joint testing and comparative listening sessions with a national research institute and a partner material manufacturer to develop the optimal material. Representative features of CNT include: 20 times the strength of steel, 10 times the thermal conductivity of copper, and half the density of aluminum. Excellent shielding capabilities and other beneficial physical properties. (CNT properties vary depending on single-wall or multi-wall structures.)
*2 BS Sheet is a material that enhances the positive sonic effects of other materials while introducing extremely minimal negative impact on sound quality.

We have adopted BriseAudio original plugs and NEUTRIK XLR plugs, developed with the aim of improving both sound quality and usability. Not only do they enhance audio performance, but they also offer excellent tactile feel and user experience. For XLR cables, we selected NEUTRIK plugs based on their sound quality and overall compatibility.
